Pathetic service

Ice always just had issues with them.. No I want to cancel my policy and I'm emailing and sending messages on messenger.. Trying to chat on their whatsapp chat and app chat.... No help either... I need a medical certificate with the termination date A.S.A.P and not getting any response! Pathetic service
