Pathetic Service

<p>I sent in my application for chronic meds on the 30/01/2017. I received an automated response was that I would receive feedback within 5 working days. On Friday 03 February 2017, I called and the agent i spoke to said that their queries takes up to 7 working days. None of the communcation i received said this. I was then told I need to send proof of the debit order from my bank account. Which I dont understand, If you're debiting my account, surely you should have record of my payment. I was told I need to send my prescriptions to Pharmacy Direct, which will ensure speedy service. I hung up and did all this. After receiving no feedback I called today 07/02/2017 and was told that my application has not been attended too yet and my application will probably be declined as there were no ICD codes on my prescription. Firstly, I cannot understand why this wasnt told to me on 03/02/2017. I have to make numerous calls and run around while you collect my premiums and give me no service for it. I still have received none of this in writing from your so called underwriters.</p> <p>I now have to go back to the doctor after so long and redo this process????</p> <p>I have explained to the agent that I am out of meds and urgently need this to be sorted out. I was told I can go to the pharmacy and pay for my meds. I'm sorry? I need to pay Bonitas and still pay for my chronic medication??????? I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE NOR SUCH ARROGANT AGENTS SPEAKING TO ME!!!!!! I'm on the verge of cancelling this medical aid.</p>
