Bonitas - The WORST Medical Aid ever!!! A bunch of incompetant dumb idiots!!! The fact that they cannot READ any of their emails as they are too *********** is nothing but annoying.

I have been battling 2 Weeks to get a hospital Authorisation for my husband who is scheduled to be operated on Monday 19.02.2024 - urgent operation due to suffering Carpal Tunnel Syndrome as well as having to undergo a Cervical Fusion.

After whatsapping them and emailing now for 2 weeks as you cannot get hold of anyone on the 086 number - begging for the Hospital Authorisation Department TO PLEASE PHONE ME AS THEY DO NOT READ THEIR EMAILS - I received notification that his authorisation has been declined for MAGLIGNAT NEOPLASM - what the F##k! F###king stupid idiots - his operation was for Neuro surgeon Dr. JM Steyn not for Dr. Engelbrecht....

Please hopefullly by reporting how stupid they are; I will get a response from THE HOSPITAL AUTHORISATION DEPARTMENT as they do not read their emails or answer their calls. -
