pathetic medical scheme,

Absolute poor service and *********** staff dealing with telephonic queries have got no clue to say to say assist client's. I was not on the phone with them to for hours and to date nothing has been done, they just send you pillar to post. They charged me a co payment for hospital admission and when I later called to query this, I was informed that it was removed as I was not supposed to pay one, they requested for the invoice and proof of payment for a refund which was sent later on the day, 4 days later they tell me that they closed the case as there's no claim. When I called to follow up they told me to claim this from the hospital. What the hell!!!! worst Medical fund ever, if it was not for employer I would have gone for a different scheme, its just a pity that we have that we are forced to take this schemes and have to deal with such *********** people!!!!!. Just wondering how many other people they have ****** of they hard earned money.....
