PATHETIC MEDICAL AID. FAIL TO RESOLVE ISSUES. POOR SERVICE
EVERY MONTH THIS MEDICAL AID IS SUSPENDING MY MEMBERSHIP EVEN THOUGH THEY RECEIVE MY MONTHLY PAYMENT VIA A SALARY DEDUCTION.
WHY CAN THIS ISSUE NOT BE RESOLVED?
THE INCOMPETENCE IS PAINFUL TO COMPREHEND.
