Pathetic medical aid

I am absolutely disgusted by this a lady called me Monday said she will request feedback for Tuesday there's still no communication from the in regards to my query the guy Silhe Yeni/Yani has ignored all my emails this is pathetic service for a medical aid and to be chasing for assistance like this is even worst I am just thinking of moving away from you guys cause your history of lack of response is really pathetic
