pathetic excusions

The scheme gives a benefit for General appliances however has so many exclusions on this benefit. The specific exclusion i am referring to is a blood pressure monitor. Please explain how this is an exclusion when it is necessary to monitor your blood pressure when stroke and high blood pressure runs in the family. why is it so hard to use these types of benefits. You might as well exclude this benefit for further reference, the other thing you might as well do is be on a low cost option save the rest of the medical aid payments. Looks like this is a better way to go.
