Pathetic , disgusting service

I’m disgusted with the service from Bonitas Boncap, I bought R150 airtime which was depleted between being transferred from one person to the other 5 times, I have been logging in complains since last month with no light at the end. It looks like I am being undermined because I am on Boncap so no one is taking me seriously, last month I requested a list of doctors who could perform gastroscopic and colonoscopy , on the list almost 98% of the contact numbers are not working. So this morning I thought of trying again, I am not joking I got 3 different answers from this 5 people I spoke to, the last lady to talk to ended up telling me that what I am looking for is not covered, the question is how come all the people I spoke to since last month didn’t see that I am not covered? This is pathetic
