Pathetic custormer service from Bonitas
I think Bonitas got the worst customer service. I'm trying to get a straight forward answer from their staff, but my query gets referred to Denis every time. I got FOUR(Yes 4) letters from Denis that they do not pay for dentures, and my email CLEARLY states to Bonitas that I know it is an exclusion and I want to know if it will be paid out of my Bonitas Savings. Pathetic. Sorry Bonitas my LAST year with you, luckily we do have other better choices. RE: Re: FW: 071022Q9P8HZ ***

09 Nov 2022, 09:58 The pathetic sevice just keeps on. So I had the procedure done paid for it and send the statement on 1 November 2022, and guess what - NOTHING PAID, NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER. This is really unacceptable. We had and emergency after this I wanted THIS TO BE PAID FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because it happened before the emergency
