Pathetic customer service

Absolutely useless medical aid when it comes to claims and enquiries. After 17 years of decent service m this will be my last with Bonitas , the last 5 months of unsatisfactory , pathetic service has been enough. @ Bonitas do not bother to reply to this , i am sick and tired of your BS. I work for a large organization and i will be making a point of informing all my colleagues about how dismal my experiences have been with you. I will also take my experiences to social media .
