Pathetic customer service

This medical is the worst ever! Pleaee do not join them. Not only is their customer service the worst but their email communication is worse than that. Last year in 2017 I contacted the medical aid to cancel it. Then still they ignored my request they Blantly ignored my emails for Hiw many months since last year till last month did they try to debit my account for monthly contributions for a medical aid plan I never had and was never using. The debit order was returned coz I never left enough money for them to deduct but the point of the fact remains how firstly unprofessional they are, the Terrible lack of communication, the inconvenience and stress they have caused me, the ridiculous charges on my bank account for them taking the debit order and then it be returned. I demanded they return remuneration for the monies I have lost due to their inabilities for almost a year now. They do not answer the email they do not care only about their money but I will be making them famous all over social media so everyone can know what can icing people thet really are. Bonitas unless I get my remuneration returned I will be doing this
