Pathetic

I moved over from discovery to bonitas. And clearly they have no clue what they doing. I requested to add my girlfriend on my medical aid. Got a quote for R 1980. Then all of a sudden its R 2300. Thats not even the worst part.

Then i got a e mail that my medical aid is suspended. When you finally gets hold of them. Its because my debit order was short. First of all my debit order for me went off on the 1 March. I requested for her to be added from next month. And you guys must sort out the debit order

So clearly the people there cant read and they just do what they want. I want this sorted out by today. Because every single time i deal with you guys you change the goal post. And if its not sorted i wil move my business somewhere else. you guys are not the only medical aid company in south africa
