Pathetic Bonitas don't know who is contracted!

Recently I requested a list of dermatologists that are contracted in with Bonitas in Cape Town northern suburbs. I received a list with the nearest places Knysna and Port Elizabeth up to Bloemfontein. The person who update the database at Bonitas did not know what is where. I phoned again but *********** Bonitas is unable to provide their client with useful information because they don't know who is contracted in Cape Town area with them. Sounds like a very amateur and simple medical scheme. I think the ombudsman should force Bonitas to have the correct info at all times or pay whatever the dermatologist ask.
