Pathetic
Been paying my medical aid every month since I joined in March 2018. They debited my account on my payday (27th September 2019) only for them to send me an sms that my membership has been terminated eff 30 September. I was not even informed of this . I want my refund for the remainder of October and I will look for another medical aid .
