Pathetic and cold-hearted Bonitas

I am reporting the pathetic service from Bonitas Medical Fund on behalf of my wife, Mr MM Morolong, who can be reached at *** and ***. The complaint is in connection with Membership number *** and Reference number 171221QXM9J2. My boy was sick that he was shaking, so we decided to take him to Rosepark Hospital in Bloemfontein. We are appalled by the fact that Bonitas refuses to pay the doctors as we did not get authorisation. Which parent thinks of authorisations when the child is so hot that he's literally shaking? You people are cold-hearted!!!! In time, I will take my wife and my boy off Bonitas because every time we have an emergency it is the same problem. You people are pathetic!!!! Dr IP (Tumi) Morolong
