Pathetic Administration and handling of claims

Just some advice. Do not choose Bonitas if you have options. I have never experienced such before. How on earth do you get authorisation for a procedure and give a medical aid codes which they approve and when they have to pay they reject them and state you did not get authorisation. I sent them proof of their authorisation codes. This is such an embarrassment for the organisation. What’s worse is their complaints or queries email does not even have the courtesy of getting back to you. It’s so frustrating. Do not select Bonitas! Don’t ! Save yourself from day light *******. Who lack professionalism.
