Pathetic
I regret joining this medical aid,clueless people working there Bopelo and her team leader(Alicia) if thats even their names ,my first deduction was supposed to go 1 January 2024 ,by the 3rd it still was not deducted phoned them only to be told first payment must be cash until then your membership is suspended ,no communication from them nothing pathetic to say the least.
