PATHETIC

my mom had to have 2 eye surgeries recently.For the first one the doctor was paid the full amount but the second one R1200 less was paid, The same doctor both in hospital. Had to phone and was kept on the line for a very long time.They came back to say there is a limit on the hospital.I have never experience such pathetic service from a medical aid.When I see them advertise on the tv I actually feel sick!!!!!
