Pathetic
First I am told my plan includes Panorama hospital, then apparently it changed. A few weeks ago I phoned to clear things up and Bonitas said that Panorama hospital is now included again. Now sitting in the hospital, I hear that apparently Panorama hospital is NOT included. What the fk is wrong with you people??? Can I take my wife in to Panorama hospital???
