password issue again
Once again I am un able to log on online, and the pasword and e mail did not change , does your system loose or reset by it self every end of the month or why is there always this issue ? Also have submitted a claim online 3 weeks ago and had no feedback regarding it

There is no details on what to use to open this document , member nr ,mainmember ID no ,part ID no. non of them is working.
