passing the buck

<p> </p> <p>My daughter was addmitted in hospital 24 august 2016, she took blood under Lancel Laboratory. to my suprice this year 2017 in May i received a letter from a company called ITC Bussiness Administrator stating that was owing Lancet an ammount of 1890.71, i then called My Medical Aid wich is Bonitas they then told me that they dont have a problem paying its just that Lancet used an incorrect code, i then asked the guy from Bonitas if i can make a confrence call with ITC he then said yes i can go ahead i then dialled ********** 812 a lady answered i explained my situation to her then the Bonitas guy explained hes side the lady told us they wont change a code she then said we must hold on,wants to enquir about this issue,from the backgroung i over heared some other ladies saying NO NO the client must be liable for payment if herMedical aid cant pay shes responsible, she then came back said i have to pay im liablefor the payment. the guy from Bonitas then said there is nothing he can do without the correct code</p>
