Overcharged contribution

Medical contribution. Good day I took my friend to Medschemes office in Vereeniging today. The reason for this visits was because they deducted R 3,453.00 for her January 2024 contribution, they deducted it the 2nd of January 2024. They were suppose to deduct only R 1430.00 They said the reason is that she did not complete the proof of income document the gentleman supp**** us with the forms, she also gave him her proof of income. He was not satisfied and said she must also provide 3 months bank statements. Been partly handicapped I went to the closest branch of ABSA Vereeniging whilst she was waiting for me to bring the bank statements. Upon giving him the bank statements he told her to go to SAPS and make an sworn affidavit for all other transactions which is reflected on the bank statement, some of the amounts will be not huge amounts which her sister, brother or myself would transfer into her account to assist her. All though the BONCAP package she is on is income based and like I have explained it was shown to him, I found him to be abrupt and this is a invasion of privacy.
