Outstanding payment
I’ve been struggling with this medical aid since I have joined, I gave birth last year October and to a premmie baby, but some of the blood test are not paid and some has payment has been reversed. Last month I took my baby to her paediatrician still they didn’t pay the claim. Why m I paying my medical aid if I can’t claim, who should pay that. It doesn’t even deserves 1 star. I won’t recommend Bonitas to anyone . I can’t wait to change my medical aid.
