Outstanding Medical Aid Issues - ***

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the ongoing issues I have experienced with Bonitas. It has become extremely frustrating as everything seems to be a constant runaround.

My chronic medication script was submitted almost five months ago, and despite numerous follow-ups, this still has not been resolved. Bonitas has continuously dropped the ball, and I am tired of having to chase this up.

I was also advised that once I saw a gynae my maternity benefits would be activated, yet I was still issued a separate bill for the consultation. My pathology blood work has also not been paid despite me following the required process and having the booster done.

This is now extremely frustrating and costly. I need these matters resolved urgently.
