Outstanding liberty medical savings will take 4 months to transfer to new bonitas medical account after amalgamation

<p>I was a liberty medical customer for 12 years and never had one single problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last year bonitas amalgamated with liberty and i have almost no funds available as i am being told that it will take 4 months for my savings from liberty to be transfered to bonitas.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the meantime i cant even get new glasses as there is no benefit available for me and my glasses were broken in december,now i have to wait 4 months!this is truly unacceptable...</p> <p> </p> <p>If two big corporate structures decide to join forces,how is it us as consumers that are being *****ed in the process?</p> <p> </p> <p>My monthly contribution is over R2000 for my medical scheme,at this stage i can just as well join discovery.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed,my medical savings was more than 15000 by end of december and now i dont even have enough to pay for a pair of glasses which i need.</p>
