Outstanding Dr bills

Please assist me with this query , i had a spiral fracture in 2020 my ankle dislocated and i had plate with *****s which was covered but when i had to remove the plate the scheme paid Hospital Dr and not anesthetic Dr , I'm shocked if medical aid wanted me to through the procedure not being put to sleep, another thing that shocked I received an Red email from Dr Rauf rooms saying I'm owing R18057.64 last week I questioned them they said , a new lady was hired thus why they didn't sent the outstanding balance, i have been a bonitas member i think since 2012, I'm so disappointed I'm being sent from pillar to post when i try to find out , the operation was done 2021 I'm suppose to settle that while i was under medical aid , can someone step in and assist me, i was in Arwpy Hospital
