Outstandin Service

I would just like to thank Winston for his outstanding service received he was extremely helpful, polite, courteous, patient and persistent in retrieving documents and ensuring I had received them before the call was ended and that everything was in order. it's very rare these days when requesting info or documents that the call centre agents are barley civil towards a person or they think they're doing you a favour or are just downright rude or terminate the call. <br> <br> I would like to congratulate Winston in the smile in his voice and listening to what was being requested and followed through all the while staying in contact and keeping me updated on progress being made, a patience not often come across in many call centres. Winston keep it up you made my day
