Option change -URGENT ref 030522Q34K9T
Good day,
I just realised now that the cover (primary select option) I’m current using doesn’t have net care hospitals on their hospitals network and I have emphasised when I was opening the medical aid that I want the option that have net care hospitals. My medical aid is new, just started using it this month.I can’t drive far in terms of emergency for a hospital please change my cover to PRIMARY option starting from next month.it’s urgent I have a small baby and he is always sick please it’s urgent. I can’t drive so far for a hospital, please help if you can’t I will have to close this medical aid and go somewhere
