Option Change
Good day Please can you cancel my Option Change application from Boncap to Bonstart Plus, as i will not be able to afford the higher premium, for Bonstart Plus please may i stay on Boncap as it was, going on to January 2026. I would not be able to afford going on to Bonstart Plus.Thank you kindly Sean Button

17 Dec 2025, 17:12I would like to express my cincere thanks to Jabulile.. hope her name is spelt correct, when all else failed, this lady went the extra 2 miles to assist me and sort out my issues, to stay on Boncap thank you kindly Jabulile. I just need one more clarification regarding the Restriction on my Hypertention which is supposed to be a PMB. Jabulile noticed this and she told me that it can not be correct. Please can someone look into this.
