Option Change

Good day,

I have requested a change in option as I can not afford the high monthly contribution of R 5,418.

From Primary to Primary to Primary Select.

We just had a baby in November and our expenses have gone up with a lot since we now have to pay R 2,020 for creche, R 661 + milk + diapers + clothing. This comes to +/- R 5,000 extra per month which we don't have.

I have not yet had any other feedback from them except that they are requesting for a income and expense from me ..... which I'm sure they don't really need seeing that I just had a baby and now baby expenses.

Please can you get them to attend to this matter urgently as I do not want to loose my medical aid but I'm not able to pay the high contribution.
