Dit is natuurlik die norm in Suid-Afrika en Bonitas dra hulle deel gestand by. Lede moet eise voortdurend monitor en waar mediese praktisyns oneties optree deur twee keer vir dieselfde mediesetoestand eis, mag ek as lid nie versoek dat so dokter nie betaal word nie. Intussen word my dag-tot-dagvoordele leeggesteel en dit pla nie vir Bonitas nie, want as my fondse uitgeput is moet ek ****ant betaal.
