Only 1 Boncap hospital, waiting list for 2 months!

Lodged a complaint on Hellopeter on 23/03/2015 and was promised an investigation into the matter of a boncap member who is unable to get a bed at the ONLY boncap network hospital in pmb.<br> <br> Nearly 2 months later and we still cannot get my mum admitted for tests and possible operation. Call the hospital (St Anne's Netcare) and they tell us that the doctors receptionist must call in every day to add my mums name to the waiting list.<br> <br> Its 06/05/2015 and I've heard nothing from Bonitas regarding their so called investigation into the matter! <br> <br> How does one benefit from being a boncap member????? When you need to make use of your medical aid you are basically refused! Yet we have to pay every month in order for them to be on a medical aid, this is just robbing the poor pensioners of not just their dignity but their hard earned money!<br> <br> I will never ever refer anyone I know to join the Boncap option!
