I wish to extend my gratitude to Mr Sibusiswe Thabethe from Bonitas call centre. He is friendly, kind, helpful, understanding, professional and kept his promises. I have been battling to resolve issues on the medical aid for more than a month. I was frustrated and furious when phoning the call center again after the queries logged since beginning of December 2023 has not been resolved. This has been dragging on for a month already. By grace, he ended up taking my call. It was a blessing. I truly hope that Bonitas appreciate his service and recognize his effort to uphold their name. I believe that he is a blessing to anyone he assist. Thank you, Sibusiswe, I will always remember your excellence.
