Scheme refused treatment plan, aN email was sent to dispute this refusal (10th of June) feedback via email was received 22 June to say that the case is with the scheme. 13 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO ANSWERS OR FEEDBACK

You should be ashamed of yourselves, definitely just a number at Bonitas. How you got best rated medical aid is not a true reflection of how you treat your clients that are desperate for treatment.
