Tried calling your contact numbers, on hold for hours, your watsapp contact aswell is a complete waste of time. I also called your dental contact number, denis, that line cuts off after you've been on hold forever. I visited a network dentist in december last year, after i was told it was under the network, and i had to still pay cash as bonitas did not pay for the xray. I have been with bonitas since 2017 and dont even use my medical aid, too quick to take the monthly installments and swnd income verification notices every year, but can not be contactable when i need information and cannot even pay my claims.
