**** OF A MEDICAL AID- By far the worst service I have received
Bonitas Medical Aid is by far the worst Medical aid in SA, I have been paying cash for medical consultations and medication whilst the medical aid has deducted R5500 monthly. When I reach out to the consultants they dont have answers and the call centre even worse.

In addition to this I received an email saying that the membership has been suspended. Not only do you owe me my money for the money I parted with when the medical aid was active but I feel like I must be refund my contribution I will find another medical aid.
