Nothing seems to work at this fund

Cannot do any hospital authorisations, apparently they are busy with a fire drill Whatsapp number does not work because it does not send the OTP to my dad's number Cannot update my dad's profile on the member zone because the site also gives an error message that the hospital authorization failed - even if I do not even try to do that on the site. Seems like nothing at this fund is working
