Not the best medical aid1

Since moving from Nedcore to Bonitas - I have my concerns. We were promised that the cover she had on Nedcore would be the same.

Firstly they send the card she needed with the wrong number and its a nightmare when going to a Medical Practitioner. I have spent hours on the phone getting numbers changed so that bills can be submitted.

Now she needs a procedure, that even the specialist has motivated, and they just reject without even an explanation. My mother is suffering and yet they manage to sponsor Prime Time TV shows - maybe they should be taking that money for members, as ultimately it is members money.
