Not the best decision for medical aid

I don't even know where to start. I have send emails about my in-hospital blood tests not being paid. Not even my covid test. Nobody comes back to me. And when they do send an email they say the issue has been resolved. But it hasn't. I have thousands of Rands in medical debt at the moment as it was not paid. Even though in-hospital blood tests are supposed to be covered in full. I was in ICU for 6 days with pulmonary embolism, and they don't pay 1cent for blood thinners. They didn't answer my email about it. And they didn't pay the compression socks I have to wear for a year to prevent blood clots. R1000 per month for the medicine. R1822 for the compression socks. Why isn't serious conditions like this being paid for? And why don't they get back to you about not paying? Then the next trick, You can only make use of pharmacy direct for chronic medication. Otherwise you have a 40% fee for using another pharmacy. But pharmacy direct is always late with deliveries. And most of the time they don't even send everything cause they are out of stock. It happened numerous times that I was out of chronic meds and had already phoned pharmacy direct 3 times or more. I did query that with Bonitas as well. Still no feedback on my emails about chronic medicine either. Oh and then about going to the gynecologist once a year. They say they pay it in full. And you can go every year for a check up and pap smear. But no gynecologist wants to see me unless I pay them upfront. As they say that they don't get payment from Bonitas. What is up with that?
