Not shocked at all

Ive realized that when dealing with you guys one must always fight in order to get assistance. Claims are rejected by the system and no one takes it upon themselves to check if things such as request letters are needed to further process the claim. If you dont follow up on all rejected claims you will pay untill you are dry with these ones. who the hell was supposed to get the request letter from the attending physician for all my medical tests and scans.
