Not reliable
Starting to regret why I joined Bonitas. Will look into changing. Took my daughter to the hospital trauma after 6pm with severe chest pain. We all were suspecting an heart heart which is a PMB. Bonitas refuses to ay saying its not PMP. Why do take someone to trauma? Based on diagnosis or symptoms, if we new the diagnosis before hand we would have not went. We can only go with the symptoms. What if we didn't go and it was a heart attack?
