not providing benefits as advertised

myself and my spouse just joined Bonitas medical-aid scheme (the Boncap) option a month ago. my spouse is a type 2 diabetic and has a very bad tooth infection. as per our Dr the tooth need to be removed asap to prevent any further damage to the rest of her mouth due to the diabetes. we put in a request to the dental specialist Denis to provide the auth in order for my wife to have the tooth removed in Dentist rooms under general sedation. we did this after calling and confirming with client services that the benefit is avail and the auth can be given for such procedure. at 11am today after doing my own invetigation...i found that the request has been declined : it apparently has to be more than 1 tooth for general sedation in dr rooms. the client service department did not inform us of any such ruling when we initially made the call.
