Not Professional
I app**** through my work for medical aid on the 30 September 2022. After numerous phone calls and emails to resend documents i finally received my membership certificate. BUT only i was listed on the certificate and not my beneficiaries, how is it possible to have an application form with all the details and still do it wrong. I have been waiting now for 2 weeks and my certificate is still not sorted out. This is very not professional work from Bonitas.
