Not paying for Operation

I recently was attached in my house i was stabbed in the face and my eye socket bashed in with a gun, long story short i now need a new Iris as i cannot see out of my eye. the Iris is not made locally and comes from Germany. The procedure will cost R85000 and Bonitas are prepared to pay R10000 of this as they say it is a Prosthesis and not a prescribed minimum benefit, after a long fight and pleading and giving them bank statements, all my expenses, i had to get them tax certificates etc, so i must prove to them i cant pay for it even though i pay them every month as i was under the impression i have a medical aid for times like this. they now say they going to review my case in a months time, i now suffer from migraines due to this but they obviously could not care less.
