NOT PAYING FOR MEDICINE

I had severe diarrhea with vomiting and had to go to a doctor because the home medication did not help. I went to visit the doctor on 18/1/18 of which he prescribed Kantrexil (an antibiotic), Clopomon for nausea, Buscopan for cramps and Librax (to calm down the colon as I am suffering from severe IBS). The only medicine for which you paid was for the Clopomon. The medication totaled R476-87 and only R1.87 was paid. I have contacted you regarding this via the Bonitas App but all the consultant says the medication is an exception from January 2018. I have to ask the doctor for alternative medication an must go to the Medsceme website and see the list for MEL. There is no alternative for Kantrexil and Librax, so what medication should the doctor prescribe? In the past you paid for everything, but now it's an exception. Why am I paying for medical aid? I am extremely disappointed in Bonitas.
