Not paying for a PMB birth

<p>I gave birth to my son on 11 February 2016. He was 2 months prem and in NICU for the full 2 months. It is classified as a PMB account, meaning a chronic account and Bonitas hasnt even paid for half of it. We were on one of their best plans and have been fighting with them since the day I was booked in to hospital. Now I am getting phone calls constantly from the Paediatrician about payment. Bonitas likes to say that they didnt approve my sons stay in hospital, but what was I supposed to do, bring him home pipes and tubes and needles and all. This matter needs to be sorted asap, we are disgusted with Bonitas. </p>
