Not paying bills.

Last year I saw my GP on more than 1 occassion, but 2 of the visits they are refusing to pay because they say my funds were up. But in their brochure they say 100% GP visits are covered. So was that false advertising in their brochure????? I am a pensioner with a government grant of only R1400.00 per month and in January they upped my premiums by more than double. Last year I was only paying R300.00 per month. This year they billed me R850.00. I then withdrew from Boncap, after being with them for many years. They couldnt even give me a decent answer as why it went up so much. Besides that, I would like to get the two payments I made for the doctors visits back. Which is OVER R500.00. I was also using a doctor from Bonitas list of doctors. I think I am being VERY unfairly treated, just because I am old.
