Not paying bill after cancellation

<p>Bonitas refused to pay my outstanding dentistry bill. I gave my 30 days notice begining of March and I visted the dentist in the same month. My account now shows as suspended and now they refuse to pay. All monies due were paid in full up until the end of March.</p>
