Not Joining Bonitas, the number *** rings and rings and nobody picks up

Tried to join Bonitas so dialed the Bonitas number *** and press option 5 to sign up. Phone just rang for 6 minutes and nobody picked up so i dropped the call and decided not to proceed with signing up with them
