I receive my statement from Dr Pribut, Bonitas did not settle my account.

I called in, spent 1h20mins on the call. I Spoke to Pelele who constantly put me on hold, only to be transferred to Mandy( teamcoach) who will have my calls listen to from the 22nd - ref - At no point on the 22nd November was I told that Dr Pribut is not part of the scheme.

on the 23rd Nov Bonitas send me a " New Beneficiary PMB Funding Guideline "

I was not informed and now I am required to pay the balance. Bonitas assumed I know.

After 17 years with Discovery I moved to Bonitas as they were cheaper. I never had any hassles with discovery, Every month Bonitas debits my bank acc for over R5000 no problems, they now must cover a bill for just over R3000 and I get this **** service.
